Attorney Bustillo's client's benefit from his trial experience, familiarity with police and grand jury investigations and knowledge of individual constitutional rights. In United States vs. Diaz, a federal money laundering case, Raoul Bustillo persuaded the court to dismiss the case due to impermissible conduct on the part of federal agents.

After joining Koles, Burke & Bustillo, Raoul Bustillo has successfully prosecuted personal injury cases and worker's compensation claims. In a recent case, Raoul Bustillo obtained a $460,000 settlement for a victim who was stabbed in a bar fight.
